Our cream remover is designed to remove eyelash extensions safely and easily.
How to use:
- Apply gel pads under the eyes, make sure the client's eyes are shut.
- Use a microfibre brush, apply a small amount of cream remover to the lash extensions.
- Leave for 10 minutes then check to see if the lashes have been removed (using our tweezers, the lashes should slide off), if not leave product on for longer.
- Once extensions have been removed, rinse the residue with water.
Depending on how recently the lash set has been applied, the extensions can take longer to remove.
A fresh set will take a longer time to remove than a 3-6 week-old set.
PLEASE NOTE: Remover needs to be applied with care. The product should NOT come into contact with the skin or eyes.

In the event you are not happy with your items we only accept unopened or used products.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
Unfortunately we do not cover the cost of the return.

In the event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of happily exchange or refund this for you. You must notify us within 7 days if there is a damaged or faulty item.
Please note, all of our lashes are handmade with love, therefore there will be a slight variation in each of our products.
